The Etrusca Collection
The Etrusca Collection: between craftsmanship and augmented reality.
For the first video produced by Michael Culture Association, Maria Teresa Natale – senior project manager – went to meet Franco Cicerchia, an Italian ceramic craftsman and Lisa Forte, an Italian designer who worked together on the “Etrusca” project, in Cetona, Italy.
Following a European Call promoted by Artex – Center for Artistic Crafts, Franco, Lisa and Giulia (another designer) joined forces to give birth to the “Etrusca” project with the objective to create Etruscan-inspired ceramics pieces with augmented reality features. In this conversation, Franco and Lisa talk about the project, its origins and its outputs! #CraftingHeritage
This video was created in the scope of ‘CRAFTED: Enrich and promote traditional and contemporary crafts’, a project co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility of the European Commission.
With the participation of Franco Cicerchia and Lisa Forte
